Timbo the Man, Timbaland, lança dia 4 de dezembro seu novo cd, “Timbaland Presents: Shock Value II“. Pelo que já ouvi do cd (e já ouvi mais da metade), o cd ficou muito aquém das expectativas. Quando ele veio em 2007 com o revolucionário “Timbaland Presents Shock Value”, o cd era inovador, cheio de sonoridades desconhecidas e pronto pra animar qualquer balada. Quem não viciou nos hits “Give It to Me”, “The Way I Are” e “Apologize” ? Agora em 2009 ele veio com esse cd que não muda nada, apenas faz mais do mesmo.
Nao é que a música é ruim, porque não é. Mas tudo parece velho neste cd. Minhas expectativas que estavam muito altas para este cd. Shock Value II tem participações de Justin Timberlake, Drake, Nelly Furtado, Miley Cyrus, Keri HIlson, Katy Perry, One Republic e mais uma porrada de gente.
